Designed process for tracking headcount and resource changes, analyzed data and created reports for the office project tracking tool, and met with Project Managers to correct outstanding issues. Developed team’s image and communication with Sharepoint and other web tools.

Currently responsible for 60 students. Maintain student welfare, plan educational programs and provide counseling and conflict resolution. Received award for “Best Program” in 2008.

Troubleshoot and resolve computer and tech resource issues for students and faculty, escalating when necessary. In charge of PR and Advertising.

Nextgen Academy, Seattle, WA

Founding Member of 501(c)3 leadership education program. Helped develop vision & mission statement and designed website and 3-fold flyers. Represented NGA and Service for Peace as the student chair and organized the National & Global Youth Service Day in Seattle, with over 1020 students participating. Helped raise funds for and participated in service projects in the Dominican Republic, rebuilding elementary schools and started a foundation for a library. NGA was invited to an international leadership exchange in 2007.

Rebuilt group's website, acted as consultant for IT and to restructure internal organization, helped plan service projects targeted towards college students.

Software Engineering:
Lead a group of 18 programmers as project manager to build a Java-based multi-user agile software development tool within seven weeks.
 
Engineering Design:
As the group ‘CEO’ I oversaw the research, design, and testing of a possible paddle-tread interface for a prototype kayak exercise machine.
 
Software Security Engineering:
Secure software development, defensive programming, web security, threat-modeling and human-computer interaction issues that affect security.
 
Major Qualifying Project:
Photo-Realistic Shader Effects – modeling advanced physically accurate shaders designed to run in real-time.
